Larose Karate is a family-oriented martial arts school in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. We offer our students a traditional and effective style of karate from Okinawa, the birthplace of Karate.
Our students learn valuable self-defence, Kobudo (weapons), and Kumite (fighting) techniques. Through their practice, students develop discipline, confidence, motivation and respect for themselves and others.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Larose Karate:

Our Lil' Dragons program is specially designed for kids ages 4 to 7. Our Beginner program is for kids ages 7 and up, teens, and adults.
Our regular memberships are renewable 1-year programs. You can start at any time of the year. All students are entitled to 3 hours of class per week. You decide, based on your availability, if you’re going to take full advantage of those 3 hours per week.
