Est. 2014, we are a new muay thai boxing gym out of Barrie, Ontario. muay thai, also known as Thai Boxing, or Eastern Boxing, is a form of standup combat deriving from ancient Thailand. Today, it's philosophies and techniques are used in many modern sports such as mixed martial arts (MMA), K-1 Max/Grand Prix, and western kickboxing.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Legacy Fight Club:
Monday: 7:45pm-9:00pm (All levels welcome)
Wednesday: 7:45pm-9:00pm (All levels welcome)
Friday: 7:45pm-9:00pm (All levels welcome)
