I am so happy to have found quality martial arts in a pure form. The clear lineage and the time carved out of each class for questions or to hear the stories passed on from my Sensei from his readings or past experiences, is refreshing. The focus put on knowing where Shorin Ryu came from and who created each kata is awesome. My Sensei is truly a wealth of knowledge, respect and power. The classes are a fantastic workout that I can take with me, no free weights, machines or running mindlessly on a treadmill. Truly engaging both mind and body, I love karate.
