Legacy is a great school. Not one of the crazy ITF schools that drank the sine-wave kool-aid, legacy is a traditional Taekwondo school with excellent senior instructors and highly qualified and experienced masters. Students are a large mix from kids to adults in their 50s and everyone in between. Very supportive and great group to be with and make new friends. Actively participate in local and international tournaments (when not in a pandemic). Highly recommended for all ages and capabilities. Also has locations in Coaldale and Ft. McLeod during the school year.
