Programs & Class Schedule
We have kids classes tailored for kids aged 5 to 8 years old, and kids aged 9 to 12 years old. Kids classes revolve mostly around Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but do incorporate some striking.
Adult classes are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Gi, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu without a Gi, wrestling, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts.
