5:10-6:00 Little Kids Class
6:00-7:00 Youth Class (low belts)
7:00-8:00 Youth Class (High belts)
8:00-9:00 Adult Class
*Friday : Special Techniques (Sparring & Weapons)
*Saturday : Tai-Chi & Qi-Gong
