Millennium Martial Arts & Fitness offers both beginners and advanced Adult and Children martial arts as a self-defense (3 -65 years old)classes.
Karate is the art of exercising your mind and body for health and self-defense. At Millennium Martial Arts in Vaughan we offer Adult and Kids Okinawa Goju Ryu Karate, originated in Okinawa, Japan. Millennium Martial Arts & Fitness School supplies Karate for Kids in Vaughan, Ontario and area. We offer both adult and children karate classes between the ages of 3 - 65 years old, and our monthly Fees are the most reasonable fees
Aikido is a self defense art, and is becoming a popular way for the parents to get their kids active. We offer Aikido for Adult and Children classes between the ages of 5-65 years old.
Jujitsu or Jiu Jitsu is a form of fitness, coordination, discipline and self-defense. Many martial arts historians recognize Jujitsu as the first established martial arts system. Traditional Jujitsu for Adult and Kids uses an attacker's movement and energy against them; JU meaning "soft controls hard". Our students are taught basic kicks, punches, blocks, throws, pins, locks and the "lever technique". This is a stand up style (no floor fighting) which can be used to effectively defend yourself on the street. Our instructors at Millennium Martial Arts teach Yoshin Ruy Jujitsu for Adult and Kids, which incorporates techniques from various arts such as: Judo, Aikido and Karate.

Tai Chi is a slow moving meditative exercise for relaxation, health, and self defense. Daily Chi practice promotes better health and mental clarity, helps with balance, and circulation of the Chi (energy) and the blood.
