Mississauga Battodo

We are a dojo in Mississauga, Ontario training in Nakamura Ryu Battodo, a Japanese sword (katana) art teaching how to draw and cut with a sword while standing. You may have heard about Battojutsu or Kenjutsu and these are definitely related. We teach the basic principles of Japanese sword as well as breathing and stretching exercises to be able to practice Battodo safely but also to improve range of motion and general health.
