Excellent kids martial arts class!!! Sensei Henry Chapman is amazing with the kids and the kids just adore him. My child is always excited about class and now I am considering taking one of his adult classes!
I've been at Mississauga Elite for a few weeks and immediately i was welcomed with open arms. For me thats important, to be able too train in a welcoming and friendly enviroment goes a long way. To be surrounded by training partners eager to share their knowledge. Is very encouraging and motivating. Along with a head instructor with a vast knowledge of mma. Who has been thru the trenches himself. Who has competed at the highest level of mma, his credentials speak for themselves. So he knows what it takes to be successful in the sport and to have longevity. What else could you ask for!?!?!So i would invite anyone interested in learniing martial arts or maybe just to get in shape to become a member. I guarantee it will be money well spent. So come on down and pay us a visit.
