I was a student at that school for about 2 years (they had just moved to Preston at the time). The best thing there is the instructors and staff. Kruu Naron and Dave are very cool and accommodating. The gym is medium-sized, perhaps a bit cramped at times. Don't expect Good-life-type atmosphere and everything new and shiny. It has more of an authentic, garage feel to it. If you look for top-notch instruction and attention to details then this is the place to go. Muay Thai is the primary element in the curriculum but they also provide instruction in Filipino Martial Arts (weapons) and BJJ. They had some wrestling classes in the past but currently I don't know if it is still there. So to sum it up, it's a great place to train if you can look past the no-frills appearance of the place and if you look for a place to train hard and be pushed to your limits.
