If you're looking for a practical, self-defence and combat-realistic centered approach to martial arts, then look no further. This facility boasts a combination of Kickboxing derived from such styles as karate and muay thai with Modern Defendo, a combatives program with it's roots in the military, and to this day is still one of the most effective systems employed by police and armed forces. The staff and instructors are friendly and knowledgeable, the teaching methods are intuitive and to-the-point, and the class is a diverse and fun collective ready to welcome any new students with a smile and open arms.
They offer a full range of courses from beginner to advanced in Western Kickboxing, Defendo, Cardio & fitness, for kids, youth, adults and 3rd Age groups alike. Sparring is not mandatory, and there is no competition. Just practical fitness and street survival oriented self defence. This is the place to go if you were ever curious about martial arts, but were too afraid to try. Five stars!!!
