This blend of tradition and today bring a realistic flavor to today's true Martial arts. This art encompasses traditional lines of Kempo, Ninjutsu, JKD and Modern Arnis, with a great functional understanding of today's world through a blending and flow from NSI.

Class curriculum contains elements from Professor Kelly S. Wordens Natural Spirit International, Modern Arnis, Filipino Martial Arts, Shihan Jay Creasy's Ninjutsu, Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Non Classical Gung Fu and Kempo. Training in this way allows for the emphasis to be placed on recognizing where motions of these systems overlap, thus allowing a continuous flow from art to art. This is a great and effective Martial Arts system, it is easy to learn and class is taught in an open environment.
