The martial arts program offered at Neil Dunnigan's School of Karate is a well established program that is directly tied to Okinawa. Sensei Dunnigan (7th Degree Black Belt) offers master level instruction in Uechi-Ryu Karate in Edmonton. The program is flexible and allows for anyone in any physical shape to begin there martial arts training no matter how long they have or have not exercised for.
Along with the physical training there is quite extensive philosophy to the martial arts in general and to self defense as a whole.
I would recommend this program to anyone interested in learning quality self defense overseen by multiple senior black belt instructors under the guidance of Master Dunnigan.
