Safe and progressive training for older and injured learners over 18 years of age.
Sensei Duchesney has developed safe methods of imparting self-defense skills and physical fitness in a respectful atmosphere. All training is personalized to suit the learner’s ability, health and age.
Each class features mindful meditation, basic Qi Gong, Taichi, flexibility exercises and strength-building drills. Students also learn personal security strategies for the modern world.
