I would recommend this karate school to anyone.
It is an interesting and fun atmosphere.
It is also a very good workout.
The black belts are willing to spend time explaining techniques to students.
You get a lot of one-on-one time, which is excellent.
Oscar Leger is one of the best teachers I have ever had.
He knows his stuff and explains things in easy to understand ways.
The classes are a very good value.
I should have joined this school years ago!
A great place to study karate

I was looking for an opportunity for a good workout and stumbled upon karate. It has given me what I was looking for, with the added benefit of self defence training. It has changed me in ways that I never thought possible.
I started training with the kids' class when my boys joined karate. (I was 38 years old) I thought it would be fun and a good way to get in shape instead of watching on the sideline.
I’ve since moved on to train with the adults and have been an active member for over 9 years now.
The more I advance, the more I realize how much there is to learn.
It’s amazing!
