Excellent club for all ages

This is the third club of which I have been a member and by far my favorite. The people there are very friendly and welcoming to all new members and the Sensei is exceptionally knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. I found other clubs to always be charging fees for this and that, where this club is all about learning, training and exercise. I would recommend this club to anyone who is interested in learning karate, self defense, getting in shape, gaining confidence and having a few laughs!
