Absolutely love this school! The instructors are friendly and patient and it's a well run, professional school. Instructing is top notch, and whether you are learning for fitness, or plan to compete, all levels of fitness and abilities are welcome and treated the same.
I've trained with Dave for many years, and find his instructing style to be top notch. My children also train here, and they look forward to coming to class every single day.

Loved this place on a visit to Vernon over the holidays. Great, practical instruction and very friendly students that welcomed me as a visitor as if I was a member. The place was spotless, which was a nice change from other schools that I've visited while traveling.
Highly recommend checking out PTT Vernon if you are visiting or if you live in Vernon.
I am amazed by PTT Vernon. They have an option of classes. The coaches are very helpful and the classes are always fun.
