On my first visit to there location, i met with stephane (sifu) patenaude, he explain to me the different programs they were offering, which i took the kickboxing class. After only my first class i felt really good about the program, the level of fitness, the friendship between the guys and and the dedication that sifu has towards his students. What i really like about this class is that everybody helps each other, no matter what level you are at . And most important of all, we are all having fun.
I strongly recommend Patenaude matial arts in orleans to everybody .
