A great place to integrate Karate and martial arts into your life. Sensei Ramin is a dedicated instructor who fully embodies the life of a true Karateka. He is completely dedicated to ensuring his students have every opportunity to learn, grow their confidence, ability and challenge themselves day after day on their path to becoming martial artists.

RUDE/terrible customer service

I called to book the free trial I received in the mail only to be scolded over and over again! The man I spoke to was very rude and kept telling me that I can't miss any of the classes when I wasn't planning on skipping out after the first session. The letter that I received in the mail specifically says, "We are inviting all our neighbours...to attend a COMPLIMENTARY INFO & TRAINING SESSION at our school," which implies 1 session. When I inquired about the offer he rudely corrected me that it is for the whole month, but the coupon itself says, "be our guest... for 2 weeks." Obviously the information I received was contradictory, but after he clarified that it was for the whole month he kept repeating that I was not to miss any session or I would be wasting his time. How can he think that he can treat his potential customers like this and expect to have a prosperous business?! I was really excited to finally try kick boxing for the first time and I am very disappointed with his behaviour. I am definately going to take my business elsewhere!
