Great for all ages, lots of different types of classes, flexible schedule!

Karate, kickboxing and more - Instructors and students always make you feel welcome. Flexible schedule, classes 6 days a week. All classes are a very good workout, and you advance at your own pace. Parents can take classes with the kids, as well!

I studied karate for 4. 5 years at Pro-Style and tried their cardio kickboxing and bag punching classes many times as well. Master John is a great teacher! He used to be more strict in the good old days. I have heard that the belt gradings are no longer grueling!
