It's easy to recommend Mr. Rowe's school. I started training with Master Dan Zaleski under his mentor C. K. Choi and have now completed my 2nd Dan(Blackbelt). My son also trains and we are now in our 8th year.
The school has an excellent balance of beginner to advanced programs. It is possible to start with no experience at all and to grow and excel into a world class competitor like Mr. Jonathan Zaleski (TAGB ITF Heavy Weight Champion).
It's great to train with a group of adults where everyone is welcome at all skill levels. We train hard and support each other all the way. The calibre is very high.
The kids programs are second to none. I have watched shy young children blossom into proud, respectful and focused young adults. Experienced instructors make the difference.
