The Red Panda Karate Dojo was established in 2021 with the goal to teach and spread the martial art lifestyle. We're ready to guide any curious and dedicated enough to try with a rooted belief that Karate is here for anyone and everyone.
We offer our students an opportunity to learn a mix of traditional techniques, self defense, and the mindset needed to keep oneself safe. Karate is more than fighting and kata and students will learn just what that means.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Red Panda Karate:
MONDAYS ADULT CLASS (13+) 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Doors open at 7:30 and students have 10 to 15 minutes to get ready before the lesson beings. The lesson will go until 9:15, then the class will be dismissed and students will have 10 to 15 minutes to change before leaving. Doors are locked at 9:30.
Breaks for water and washrooms will be sprinkled throughout the class.
Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle that they can place at the edge of the mat.
In hopes of helping in the effort to combat COVID, students must wear masks while entering and leaving the dojo (these can be removed while training and social distancing).
WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS KIDS CLASS (8-12) 5 pm - 7 pm
WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS ADULT CLASS (13+) 7:15 pm - 9:30 pm
