Martial Arts in Brockville has changed since this place opened. I love it! My kids love it too!
I started Muay Thai and BJJ here months ago. I've always loved martial arts it's a big part of my life. I wish I would've came here sooner into my life. Have too say that Doug is a great guy and treats all of his students equal. Come out and train! OSS! 🥊🥋
