Ryoku Seikido
Master Dave Wilkins formed Ryoku Seikido in January 2005 to offer Martial Arts and Self Defense training to the East London Ontario Community. We are pleased to offer a low cost alternative to Martial Arts training, as well as a truly family atmosphere.
Ryoku Seikido is a member of the World Seikido Organization founded by Grand Master Zeke Petkovic in 1987. Our foundations are primarily from the Arts of Aikido and Taekwondo, with additional influences from many other fine Arts that we have had the privilege to study.

Martial Art Styles
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Ryoku Seikido:
- Aikido
- Arnis/Kali/Escrima/FMA
- Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
- Tae Kwon Do
Programs & Class Schedule
We offer training 2 days a week for all color belts and a dedicated 1 day a week for our Black Belts.
Children's and Family Classes: (2 age groups)
All participants train together. This allows busy families the opportunity to spend time together as a family while learning the joy of Martial Arts and Self Defense. Min age of children usually is 6 years old but exceptions depending on the child can be made.
Teen and Adult Classes:
As our children and family class all students practice together. Min age for this class start at our teenage years.
Black Belt Classes:
Our Black Belt classes are solely for our Seikido Black Belts and for our Black Stripe students who are within 6 - 8 months of training for their Black Belt test.
This class not only focuses on teaching principles and techniques for also allows for more in-depth training specific to our Black Belt levels.
Arni & Bo Class: This is a relatively new class that one of our Instructors Sensei Neal Ruseff conducts for us on Monday nights. Contact us for more details.

Mondays : 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm Black Belt & Black Stripes only
Mondays: 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm Arnis Escrima and Bo Class
Tuesdays: 6 pm - 7 pm Children and Family Class all Belts levels Ages 6-8
Tuesdays: 7 pm - 8 pm Children and Family Class all Belts levels Ages 9-12
Tuesdays: 8 pm - 9 pm Teens and Adult Class all Belt levels
Thursdays: 6 pm - 7 pm Children and Family Class all Belts levels Ages 6-8
Thursdays: 7 pm - 8 pm Children and Family Class all Belts levels Ages 9-12
Thursdays: 8 pm - 9 pm Teens and Adult Class all Belt levels
