This is the place to train if you're looking for a highly professional, mature, cooperative environment, where everyone helps you get better instead of trying to protect their fragile egos. An amazing place to truly experience the "art" of martial arts.

If you're looking for traditional Japanese Budo, this is the place

Sadohana dojo has an excellent facility, a great group of people, and a level of instruction rarely found outside of Japan.

KoKoDo Jujutsu is easily accessible to the newcomer, but has enough complexity and depth to last a lifetime.

Whether you're a beginner, or already have a black belt in another style, any serious student of martial arts will find a home here.

It's a rare combination to find someone who is technically proficient in an art yet able to teach it in a clear and engaging manner, but in master instructor Shihan Michael Seamark, we have both. If you are looking for effective and humane self-defense as well as an opportunity to learn how to take care of your health through KoKoDo JuJutsu & Shiatsu, I highly recommend Sadohana Dojo.

Seamark Shihan of Sadohana is a rare instructor who truly understands the dynamics of the way the body works. Add his gift for teaching and you will experience a traditional jujutsu dojo like no other. For those wishing to learn from a true master in a respectful environment, seek out Mike Seamark in Sadohana.
