Sendokan will be one of the best experiences you have with a very effective martial art.
The instructors are the best and so dedicated and knowledgeable.
Aikido is the martial that offers the opportunity for one to display Respect, Rectitude and Loyalty to oneself, family and others.
Yoshinkan Aikido if one of the only martial arts that as you age, respect and ability increases with the practitioner therefore the ability defend oneself and family if reality at any age with Yoshinkan Aikido.
