I've trained at Seven's Stars in Red Deer for 4 years and I love it. The classes are challenging and the knowledge is never ending. If you want to learn traditional martial arts and gain a HOST of knowledge, train with us! Our form kata's are triple the length of karate kata's and we have over 10 weapons to learn. It takes dedication but it is worth it.
