Programs & Class Schedule

We are open 5 days a week with a minimum of 1 hour per class.
Dojo is open from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm - Monday to Thursday and
Saturday- 12 noon - 2 pm

• Kids Classes Ages 5-15 (6:30 pm - 7:30 pm)
Saturday 12 Noon - 1 pm
• Adult Classes 16+ (7:30 pm - 8:30 pm)
Saturday 1 pm- 2 pm

Note: We are closed on Long Weekend and Statutory Holidays.
