Our Dojo is situated within the Fitness Refinery in Arbour Lake, North West Calgary. Our club is affiliated to ISKF (International Shotokan Karate Federation). Training days are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. See website for class times.
Head Instructor Sensei Phillip Baker (Godan - 5th dan) has over 35 years experience in shotokan karate.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Shotokan Karate Club - Calgary NW:
From age 7 and up.
Monday & Wednesday:
6:00pm - 6:45pm - Beginner class (white & yellow belts)
6:45pm - 7:45pm - Intermediate class (orange to purple belts)
7:45pm - 8:45pm - Advanced class (brown & black belts)
Saturday:
12:30pm - 1:30pm - Beginner class (white & yellow belts)
1:30pm - 2:30pm - Intermediate class (orange to purple belts)
2:30pm - 3:30pm - Advanced class (brown & black belts)
