Sihanathang Martial Arts offers classes in kickboxing and for more advanced students Muay Thai. We combine the physical components of training with the spiritual aspects of the martial arts by completing each session with light stretching and meditation. The class is instructed by Poo Choi Curtis Muringsung Mang of the Muringsung Muay Thai Camp.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Sihanathang Martial Arts:
Beginner Class - Monday/Wednesday 6:00 p.m-7:15 p.m
Intermediate and Advanced class 7:15 p.m-8:30 p.m
Saturday Open Class 2:30 p.m-4:00 p.m
