Undoubtedly one of the top Muay Thai gyms in Canada and easily the best in Kingston. As others have previously alluded to, Kru Mark will push you to the limit but in the end it will be a very gratifying experience.

When it comes to challenging yourself, you can't go wrong with sitbpeegohn in kingston. Kru Mark Cleary knows the art of 8 weapons inside and out. Kru has competed professionally in Thailand and has even had recent fights in 2015. If your motivation is for self improvement or if you're serious about stepping in the ring for a pro or amateur muay thai fight, Kru classes fit the bill and worth every penney.
