Siu Lum Canada

For over 16 years, Instructor Tim Simpson has been training in the kung fu stlye of Siu Lum, otherwise known as Shaolin. Siu Lum is considered to be the most comprehensive fighting system in the world.

Classes are kept small to provide more personal instruction. We train once per week for one hour. Students are given techniques and exercises to build their strength and speed for the non-training days. We offer real value by teaching real martial arts that work in the real world. If you're looking to fight in a ring with a referee and rules, then we are not for you.
