Great for kids; a gentle, supportive atmosphere that still maintains high standards and promotes excellent physical fitness. Respect, respect, respect.
Great for adults; a real self-defense system, not based on patterns, but what will keep you safe in a bad situation
Fantastic family-run dojo, holistic great self-defense, excellent fitness. Been attending for 3-and-a-half years, and am looking forward to the years to come!
