New school teaches MMA for the average person not the meatheads

I like the philosophy behind Surrey MMA. Their instructors really care that everyone moves at a pace that works for them, and they make sure that everyone, even the not so physically able people, can use the techniques. I feel much safer knowing a few street smart defences. Every woman and child should take this kind of training, even if it's just to become more aware of yourself and your surroundings.
Excellent place to train!
