This group of amazing Christian individuals has improved my families and friends quality of Life for the ladt 9 years.
It takes work and it is done at the level you are capable of working out to. Please come try as you have nothing to loose and much benefit to gain!

I have been attending Trinity GOJU Kai Karate now for two years and I have learned so much.
We have fun traditional GoJu exercises that challenge our physical abilities but improves our overall well being.
Fun sparring exercises and learning traditional kata.
It’s a great place for adults and children.
Families are also welcome. It’s fun affordable and something I would recommend to anyone.
