Welcome to our Triunity family
We are a full-time Martial Arts School and are passionately dedicated to the principles of TRUTH, RESPECT, UNITY, TRUST, and HONOUR. Our purpose is to introduce and instruct individuals in all the arts that we offer/teach here at Triunity to be used as a "vehicle" to our community by which our practitioners from all backgrounds, may grow PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, SOCIALLY and SPIRITUALLY.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Triunity Martial Arts Studio INC.:
-Hawaiian Kenpo karate classes for kids 4 years and up (teens and adult classes also available)
-Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for kids 3 years and up (teens, women,s only and co-ed adult classes also available)
-Muay Thai/ Kickboxing classes for teens 13 years and up (adult classes also available)
-Women,s only self defense workshops for teens 13 years and up (adult senior classes also available)
