Tiny Tigers
Ages 4 & 5
The Tiny Tigers program is specficically designed for children between the ages of 4 and 5 years old to improve concentration, focus and co-ordination.
Children in the Tiny Tigers program will learn key character development skills to prepare them for their school years. Classes are only 30 minutes long to keep your child’s concentration levels high.
They will learn a fun, exciting and specifically designed curriculum in order to learn respect, discipline, stranger awareness, anti-bullying and many other important life skills.
Little Dragons
Ages 6 & 7
This class offers a multitude of games and activities related to martial arts. Your child will learn basic self defense techniques, evasion techniques and life skills.
The class is taught in a supervised environment. Our programs have been proven to help children develop their concentration.
Juniors
Ages 8 to 13
This class offers conditioning, cardio, open hand forms, break falls, self defense techniques, kicking and punching drills, martial arts etiquette and respect. The curriculum is delivered in a professional yet approachable way by our highly qualified instructors. Our programs have been proven to help children develop their concentration. Adults
Ages 13+
This class is offered to individuals of age 13 and up and offers conditioning, cardio, open hand forms, break falls, self defense techniques, kicking and punching drills, martial arts etiquette and respect. Things like real life self defense and sparring are also taught often in the adult classes. The curriculum is delivered in a professional yet approachable way by our highly qualified instructors.
