Wagner's Taekwondo has been in business for over 20 years. WTF is the only style of Taekwondo with Olympic status.Taekwondo offers great physical exercise, self defense, respect, listening skills, focus, self discipline and tremendous confidence. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday's 6:30-7:30 (Kids) 7:30-8:30 (Adult). Wagner's Taekwondo is just off exit 13 on the 101 at the North Alton Baptist Church. The instructor (Devin Balsor) 3rd degree has been in Taekwondo for 18 years and is a three time Nationals medlist for team Nova Scotia. For more information call 670-8714 or 365-5660
