My son has been attending classes at West Van Karate Academy for the past 2. 5 years and has loved it. I personally have seen my son's attitude change for the better as well as an improvement in his coordination and strength. It's also been great seeing how confident my son has become as a result of his success in his training and competition.
Sensei Matt and his assistants do great work in providing a wonderful atmosphere for their students and families.
Sensei Matt and his team have been warm and welcoming to my daughter as she embarks on her martial arts journey. In just a short time, I have noticed an improvement in her confidence and assertiveness. She seems to believe in her self more, and has made some great friends as well. Would highly recommend!
