I am a mother and of five and was looking for a gym that would help motivate me to get back in to shape and push me in a healthy and positive way and help me reach my goals that I have set out for my self and I feel I have found that and more with west coast martial arts . Don Whitefield and all the other instructors are amazing people help you feel apart of a family not jut a customer. Great energy and demonstrations for you to understand I defiantly found something I love to do and it's both jiu jitsu and kick boxing.
