Chaotic environment, not a good place to concentrate and learn

Toddlers crying and playing while the children class was running. . . parents talking loudly, not even paying attention to disruptive little ones. Chaotic environment, with a crowded room. Kid participating in the class are not able to concentrate with so much noise, shows no discipline. The place smells like feet. Never coming back.
