Took classes in 1972-73. Master li taught me disipline and the beauty of Kung Fu. I have lived by these precepts all my life. His influence guided me into Taoism. My profound respects for Master Li. K. C.

I was invited by a friend to this school on 1999. When I walked in, it felt like I was transported to 19th century Hong Kong. While the style (jow ga) has only been around for about 100 years, it is derived from 3 much older styles. Master Li has been teaching in Montreal since 1972. You will not find anyone in Canada, dare I say even North America with a better understanding of the art. Even the instructors themselves have become masters in their own right. I encourage anyone who wants to learn real Kung Fu to come visit. You won't be disappointed.
I had the good fortune to take kung fu at this school in 1978 when master Li was in charge. Ari who took over the school when master Li retired was already a black belt at that time. That gives you an idea of his dedication to both master Li and kung fu.
