Excellent place to study traditional Karate, good blend of kata and kumite, many opportunities for competition from local to international if you wish to pursue that avenue. Sensei Miller is a natural teacher, with a great enthusiasm for the sport, and a wealth of knowledge that is applicable to training in self defense, tournament, or fitness. He must know every Kata there is. Highly recommended.
