The Zendokan Dharma Kumiai, one of Canada's oldest (1959) and most unique Karate styles, welcomes you to train with us! Receive practical self-defense training in a dojo where we seek to improve individuals physically, mentally, and spiritually. See yourself grow and develop as you engage in this unique style.
This style is non-competitive and training is open to people in all physical conditions and from all walks of life.
Iaido (traditional Japanese swordsmanship) is also available in an associated program at this location.

Programs & Class Schedule
The Zendokan dojo offers training in the Karate of the Zendokan Dharma Kumiai. Classes are for adult men and women (16 years +).
Classes are taught in Oshawa by J. Bayes (7th dan Karate) and Mike Barber (4th dan Karate) who have over 60 years of combined experience in martial arts.
Dues are $30 a month with discounts available for students, seniors, and the unemployed.
No contracts are required.
The martial art of Iaido(traditional Japanese swordsmanship is also available in an associated program (see www.kenshokan.zendokan.ca).
