Has a very welcoming atmosphere and everyone is friendy. The instructors are really good a teaching and you learn alot even if only watching.
Having taken Martial arts in the past I never realised that there was so much more depth to the arts. Sensei Paul definitely knows what he is talking about and has a natural ability to relay complex theories.
