Atado School of Defensive Arts has been in tke KW area for over 15 years.
We teach real Shaolin Martial Arts which includes : Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Kick Boxing,and Wushu.
Our school give you a warm and friendly family atmosphere along with our highly experienced instructors.
The school is fully equipped with a sprung floor,A/C and soft covered walls. The Shifu has over 50 years experience in Shaolin Martial Arts.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Atado School of Defensive Arts:
Classes & Times
Monday & Wednesday : Adults 6PM to 8PM, Tuesday & Thursday : Pee Wee ( 4yrs - 5.5 yrs ) 5:30 to 6PM.
Tuesday & Thursday Jnr Kung Fu 6 to 7PM
Tuesday & Thursday Tai Chi ( Hand Forms, Push Hands & Fan ) 7 to 8:15PM
Friday 6 to 7PM Open Class / Wushu Friday Kick Boxing 7 to 8:15PM
Saturday : Wushu 9 to 11AM, Tai Chi ( Bo & Sword ) 11AM to 12:30PM,
Sparring :12:30 to 1PM , Traditional Weapons 1PM to 2:15PM.
