Programs & Class Schedule
Our KIDS KARATE PROGRAMS are structured around teaching Life Skills - confidence, self-discipline, concentration, respect - the things your child will need to excel in life. We feature programs for two separate age groups: Novice Karate for 4-5 years old and Junior Karate for 6-12 years old.
Self-defence is also an element of the training but unlike some schools, Canada's Best Karate kids learn much more beyond the physical aspects through our School Safe/Street Safe Program, such as how to deal with conflict/bullies before it becomes a fight and recognizing unwanted attention from strangers.
Our TEEN & ADULT KARATE/KICKBOXING PROGRAM features a wide range of training methods to get - and keep - you fit, healthy and energized. Techniques from karate, judo, kick boxing, jujitsu, wrestling are all combined to create a system that is fun, challenging and effective in a variety of situations.
