Legion Hapkido

The Legion Hap Ki Do Club is a nonprofit martial arts group, and the focus of our club is to improve overall health and fitness, with an emphasis on self defence. We are dedicated to serve our Veterans, Legion Branch 25, and our fellow citizens.

The club is under the guidance of Grandmaster Rudy W. Timmerman, B.Sc Rec. Management LSSU. GM Timmerman is a 9th Degree Black Belt who was inducted into the Canadian Black Belt Hall Of Fame in 2012. He opened his first school in Sault Ste Marie in 1973.

Programs & Class Schedule

We offer very affordable classes on Mondays and Tuesdays from 5:30-7:30, and Thursdays from 5:30-8:30. We accept children age 8 and up; however, age requirement are flexible when it comes to families who wish to train together.
