The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Oshawa Budo Club:
Traditional Okinawan Goju-ryu Karate is our main focus. Sensei is a 4th degree black belt with over 25 yrs experience training and teaching. He still trains with his teacher regularly - Ronald Yamanaka - 8th degree black belt Okinawan Goju-ryu, 9the dan Shindo-ryu Jiu-Jitsu and 10th dan Shaolin Kung Fu.
We also integrate a high level of Japanese Jiujitsu into our program so our striking art is complemented by a strong lock and throw ability.
This is a great place to come improve who you are, a friendly yet well disciplined atmosphere where everyone has the same goals
1- to be better than yourself yesterday
2- to leave sweaty and smiling!
Class schedule is as follows
Monday 6:30-7:30 ages 6-13
7:40-8:40 14 and up
Thursday 6:30-7:30 ages 6-13
7:40-8:40 14 and up
