Our goal is to promote both traditional and progressive training methods in martial arts for improving health and physical fitness.
TaeKwon-Do is a well-rounded martial art recognized as an effective method for improving health, physical fitness, flexibility, balance, agility, and poise. Although designed for unarmed self-defense and counter-attack, this superficial definition is overshadowed by the true purpose of TKD: a way of life where self-control, kindness, and humility must accompany the development of physical strength, speed and skill.

Martial Art Styles
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Unified TKD International Regina:
Programs & Class Schedule
Adult classes are twice a week on Mondays and Fridays from 7 pm to 8 pm. Classes take place year-round and sign-ups are allowed anytime.
Children's classes are not currently offered.
Adult fees: $40/month, or $120/semester
Semesters run from Jan-Apr/May-Aug/Sep-Dec
If you want to get a feel of classes, come down during class times and try out a few classes for free!
Registration limited to 12 adults/semester.
